Random Features: Old Bath Tubs

Because I love the curves of those old tubs, and it's cold here, and nothing warms the marrow in the frozen bones like a nice, long soak.

Well, who doesn't love a long hot soak. Sylvia Plath once wrote, "There must be quite a few things that a hot bath won't cure, but I don't know many of them." (But then, I guess she found something that it wouldn't cure.

).

Thanks also for including my daughter's shot [link] of the same tub

Last summer she found something to do in a tub when you did NOT want to be soaking

'cuz it was over 110F...[link]

Ha! Imagine that! I had no idea those were the same tubs (much less that the picture was taken by your daughter!). The odds of that actually aren't all that good. I literally went through 10,000 bath tub pictures!
